The kalua pork cooks for 16 to 18 hours. Our huli huli chicken is tender and juicy. It's a BBQ experience of the Islands. Be sure afta you check out the restaurant menu you check out our catering menu too, Brah! Restaurant seating is limited and we have drive up too! Oh My God there Kahlua pork is why we have tastebuds. Anyone who hasn't had Kahlua pork is definitely missing out. Its like Crack once you try it you'll be going back for more.
