The Cheerful Tortoise has been serving downtown Portland and Portland State for over 50 years. We are known for our $1.99 Breakfast served all day and our New York Steak special. However our menu does not stop there. We offer a variety of foods from classic appetizers, fish and chips, deli style and hot sandwiches, gourmet pizza, chicken and our big beef burgers, breakfast items, and homemade soups and salads. We also bring you the finest in local brew ambiance with three fireplaces and plenty of indoor seating. You can call to reserve an area of the bar for your special events, conferences, breakfast meetings, or parties. Outdoor seating is available weather permitting. Our food is available Â?To GoÂ?.
The evening at the Cheerful Tortoise is full of great times. Join us for the big game or just stop by to spend time with friends. We know and love Lottery. We have all your favorite lottery including the new line games!
