Thai Herbs Express is one of the few Portland Food Carts that also has a traditional restaurant location. What does this mean for you? I'm not sure but I am guessing it means either their food cart was so good that they opened a restaurant, or their restaurant was so good they opened a food cart.

Either way, check this place out. Even the other food cart owners said this is one of the best in town. Of course their Pad Thai is great, but the owners husband also recommends the Mango Curry or the Crispy Wanton Pad Thai.

And get this, they even have seasonal items all year long! One they are real excited about is their trout special.

Their 'homebase' is Thai Herbs in Multnomah Villiage.
