Ritchie is a real estate agent that I would highly recommend. He?s very personable with outstanding communication skills. Having been ?the popular? guy in high school and in college, he has a very extensive network in the Portland/LakeO/Tigard/Beaverton area, which gives him a clear advantage when bringing buyers and sellers together. At the same time, his numerical dexterity and six years of experience in financial analysis only translate into better service for his clients, since he?s able to advice them if a deal makes sense and if a financial institution is ripping them off or offering them a good deal.
